1 · The agreement, and who the parties are

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator only. Apple is not a party to this agreement. Using the app means accepting these terms; if you do not accept them, you may not use the app.

2 · Age

Use is permitted for ages 18 and over only. The app enforces an age gate during onboarding. Declaring an untrue age is a breach of this agreement.

3 · What the app is, and what it is not

The app is a study and practice tool for preflop poker decisions.

It explicitly is not:

Not gambling. No real money is wagered, won, or paid out through the app, and there are no prizes. The app awards chips for correct answers and for finishing a unit — these are a score, not money: they cannot be purchased, cannot be wagered, cannot be transferred to anyone, and cannot be exchanged for money or for anything of value. The only thing sold in the app is the content subscription described in section 6 — access to practice and charts, not chips, not an in-game advantage, and nothing convertible to anything.
Not a payment service. The home-game book adds up buy-ins and cash-outs, in shekels, for a game played in real life among people who already know each other. No money passes through the app: it is arithmetic on numbers you type, it holds no funds, and it is connected to no bank, payment provider, or gambling operator. What anyone actually pays anyone else happens outside the app and is entirely between them.
Not a gaming service, and not affiliated with any gambling operator. This version offers no poker game — no play against other people and no play against the computer — and the app contains no link, referral, or partnership with any gambling site or app. Should a future version add a practice table against computer opponents, it will still involve no real money, no prize, and nothing that can be exchanged for money.
Not a real-time assistance tool. The app is built for study between sessions. Using an external tool during live play is prohibited by most poker sites' terms of service, and responsibility for that is yours alone.
Not financial advice and not a promise of profit. Poker has variance, and a correct decision can still lose. Nothing in the app is a promise, forecast, or guarantee of any financial outcome.

The legality of gambling is your responsibility. The law in different countries, including Israel, restricts or prohibits gambling. This app does not enable gambling and does not encourage it; if you choose to play poker for real money anywhere, checking that it is permitted for you there is your obligation.

4 · What the content rests on, and what is disclosed

Every number is shown with its proof tier: מוכח (proved), מאומת (certified), נפתר אצלנו (solved in-house), מצוטט (cited — an identified external source), כלל או חשבון (rule or arithmetic), or עוד לא כוסה (not covered yet). The tiers are explained inside the app, and the tier shown next to a number is the one that number actually holds — including when that tier is the weakest of them.

Two things are stated here because they are true:

Coverage is partial. The app currently covers only some situations, and situations that are not covered are marked as such rather than filled with a guess.
Solutions are valid inside their model. Every answer is correct within the model it was computed from (for example "all-in or fold", or "raise or jam"), and that restriction is shown next to the answer.

5 · The license

You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules. The license is not a sale.

You may not: copy, distribute, sell, rent, or publicly make available the content, the charts, or the solutions; reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract code or data, except to the extent the law expressly permits; harvest data from the app automatically; circumvent any access or payment mechanism; or use the app in any way that breaks the law.

6 · Free and paid — the Nats Pro subscription

Up to version 1.0 the app was entirely free, as the previous revision of this document promised. Starting with version 1.1, the app offers a paid subscription called Nats Pro, alongside a free part that stays open to everyone. No version of the app carries advertising.

What stays free, for everyone, with no time limit: the placement quiz and the profile built from it; the first part of the path — the units and the exam of stage one; three table drills per day; and the basic opening charts (5BB tournament and 20BB cash, for an unopened pot).

What the subscription unlocks: table practice with no daily limit; every solution chart in every covered situation; the rest of the path — all units and exams past stage one; the topic drills (outs, equity, pot odds, combos, and who takes the pot); bluff or strong hand; and all of the tools — equity calculator, pot odds, bankroll management, HUD analysis, HUD numbers to range, and the session log.

Change from the previous revision. Version 0.4 (24 August 2026) promised one table drill per day on the free tier. This revision widens that to three table drills per day. Every other boundary is unchanged. Because the change is in the user's favour and narrows nothing, this document was updated after the app version carrying it reached the store — so that the document never promises more than the app actually gives. Anyone who has already purchased a subscription is unaffected.

Before that, version 0.3 (23 August 2026) promised that the whole poker school stayed free and that the free tier included up to ten drills per day; version 0.4 narrowed both, and — as a narrowing requires — was published before that app version reached the store.

Period and price. The subscription is offered for a period of one month or one year. The exact price, in your local currency, is shown on the purchase screen inside the app and on the app's store page before you confirm. Billing is handled through your Apple account (and on Android devices, through your Google Play account), not through us, and we never see or store a payment method.

Auto-renewal and cancellation. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and the charge for the next period is collected within the 24 hours before the current one ends — unless you cancel before then. You can cancel at any time in the store's subscription settings (on iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues until then. Deleting the app by itself does not cancel the subscription.

Restoring purchases. An active subscription bought with the same store account is restored by tapping "Restore purchases" in the app — on the purchase screen or in the settings.

Refunds are handled by the store operator under its own rules; App Store purchases are refunded through Apple.

Price changes. If the subscription price changes, you will be notified in advance under the store's rules, and the change applies only from the next renewal; if you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.

7 · Intellectual property

The app, its design, code, text, charts, and solutions are the property of the operator or its licensors and are protected by law. Nothing in this agreement transfers any right beyond the license in section 5.

8 · Changes to the service, and termination

We may update the app, add content, fix errors, and remove content found to be wrong. We may discontinue the service; if a paid service is discontinued, Apple's refund rules apply. The license terminates if you materially breach this agreement.

9 · Warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided AS IS, without warranty of any kind to the maximum extent the law permits, including no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or that the content is free of errors. Under no circumstances is there any liability for money lost playing poker, including losses alleged to result from relying on the app's content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under consumer law.

10 · Governing law and venue

The laws of the State of Israel govern these terms; the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction.

11 · Terms required by Apple

This section is required for a custom EULA to be accepted, and it forms part of this agreement:

This agreement is between you and the operator only, not with Apple. The operator, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
The license is limited to use of the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
Maintenance and support are the operator's sole responsibility. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.
Warranty. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.
Product claims. The operator, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app — including product liability, failure to conform to legal requirements, and claims under consumer protection or privacy legislation.
Intellectual property. In the event of a third-party claim that the app infringes that party's intellectual property rights, the operator, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
Legal compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Third-party terms. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the app.
Apple as beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce it against you.
